Ich hoffe ihr seit alle gut im neuen Jahr angekommen!

Dieses Jahr habe ich anderst gestartet weder die vorherigen 5 Jahre!

Anstatt nach Italien zu Fahren über Weinachten und Neujahr, entschloss ich mich von anfangs Dezember bis mitte Januar nicht mehr auf dem Motorrad zu trainieren sondern meine Körper zu kräftigen mit Muskelaufbau und Grundlagentraining! Es gelang mir sehr gut, ich trainierte viele Stunden und bin richtig Fit!

Vergangenes Wochenende war es dann soweit und ich fuhr wieder nach Italie zum Motocross Training! Ich freute mich riesig wieder auf dem Motorrad zu sitzen und hatte grossen Spass! Vielen Dank an Lisa, Ryffel und Pipo für das super Wochenende!

Am 26.-28. Januar findet dann noch die Motorradwelt Bodensee statt bei welcher ich auch fahren werde und mich freuen würde über viele Besucher!;)
