Hallo zusammen..

Ich bin bereits seit 3Wochen wieder im Training und fühle mich sehr fit!
Ich kann alles trainieren abgesehen von meiner linken Wade.
Der Fuss schmerz auch nicht mehr ich darf ihn aber noch bis ende August nich belasten.
Ich habe und gebe mir nun die Zeit um mich neu vorzubereiten damit ich Körperlich und Psychisch erstärkt zurück auf den Rennplatz kommen kann!!
Ich freue mich auf die Herausforderung und werde kämpfen dafür!!
