Das Aprilia Deutschland Team Grebenstein aus Gera verpflichtet den Rekordmeister Jürgen Künzel für die Saison 2010. Mit sechs Deutschen Meistertitel und mit dem Gewinn der amerikanischen AMA Super-Moto Meisterschaft, ist Jürgen Künzel einer der erfolgreichsten Super-Moto Fahrern und wird 2010 auf reinem Aprilia Werksmaterial in der S1 Klasse an den Start gehen.
Die Motorräder, basierend auf der MXV450 (Motocross), wurden im Aprilia Racing Department in Noale unter der Leitung des Chefingenieurs Ampelio Macchi und dem Leiter Luigi Dallagna aufgebaut.
Zweiter Fahrer wird der junge, talentierte Lukas Wolf, der im letzten Jahr trotz Verletzung einen respektablen 12. Platz der Gesamtwertung in der Klasse S1 belegt hatte. Wolf geht erneut mit einer SXV450 Replica ebenfalls in der S1 an den Start.
In der Klasse C2 (über 475 ccm) tritt Gordon Erler auf einer SXV550 an. Kai Löbe startet auf einer SXV450 in der Klasse C1 (bis 450 ccm). Der 20. jährige Gordon Erler schloss die Saison 2009 als Vierter in der Nachwuchsklasse S3 (bis 250ccm) ab. Die technische Betreuung der beiden Fahrer in der Deutschen Amateur Meisterschaft übernimmt das Team Frechs MX World aus Dresden.
